Vehicles will arrive to begin transporting guests to the Welcome Party at 7:15pm at Carneros Resort. The bus will depart promptly at 7:30pm from Carneros and then arrive to retrieve guests from the Westin Verasa at approximately 7:40pm. The bus will depart promptly following its arrival at the Westin before heading to Brix.

Our shuttles are scheduled to pick up guests from the Westin Verasa Hotel and drop off guests at Carneros for the Ceremony. We also will be providing transportation back to the Westin, which will begin at the end of the evening. You may also call an Uber or Lyft to the venue if you'd like. The venue also offers parking if you prefer to drive yourself. If you do decide to use an alternative mode of transportation apart from our scheduled shuttle service, please plan to arrive at the venue no later than 5:10pm.
